Every player who uses the lil789 platform is considered to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. Please read this document in full before registering.

These Terms and Conditions and Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the player using lil789's website (https://lil789.wine) and all related services ("Platform") and lil789 ("Company"). By accessing the platform, opening an account, or playing any game, the player clearly agrees that they have read and understood these terms and will comply with them.

1. General Requirements

The lil789 platform provides football betting, live casino, slots, 3D lottery, and other digital game services for players in Myanmar. To use the services on this platform, players must meet the following requirements—

1 Must be 21 years of age or older. lil789 may request age verification from any player for any reason.
2 The player must clearly confirm that they are accessing and using the platform of their own free will.
3 The player must firmly agree that accessing these services is lawful in the location where they reside.
4 The player must confirm that they are using these services for personal entertainment only, and not for commercial purposes or on behalf of another person.

Warning: If it is found that a player does not meet these requirements, lil789 may suspend or close the account without any prior notice.

2. Account Registration and Management

2.1 One Account Only

Each individual player may hold only one account at lil789. If multiple accounts are found, all such accounts may be suspended and closed, and any balances in those accounts may be confiscated.

2.2 Accuracy of Personal Information

Information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. Accounts opened with false information may be closed at any time, and withdrawals from such accounts may be refused. If your personal details change, you must notify lil789 customer service immediately.

2.3 Account Security

Players must keep their username and password confidential and must not share them with anyone. If unauthorised access occurs, lil789 must be notified immediately. lil789 is not responsible for losses that occur due to a player's own negligence.

            Tip: Choose a strong password. A password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols is the most secure. Change your password regularly.
          

3. Deposit Terms

At lil789, you can deposit via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted by the platform.

The payment method used for deposits must belong to the player themselves. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
Deposits may be delayed due to time-of-day differences and bank server issues. If funds do not arrive, lil789 support can only assist once a deposit slip is provided.
Deposits are processed in kyat (Ks / MMK) only. Deposits made in foreign currency will be returned if not received, and lil789 is not responsible for any bank fees incurred.
lil789 may verify or request confirmation of any deposit at any stage.

4. Withdrawal Procedures

Players may request a withdrawal from their account. The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are sent only to the payment method registered by the player themselves.

4.1 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawals are normally processed within 10–45 minutes. If verification is required, it may take longer.

4.2 Withdrawal Refusal Cases

If transaction patterns are found that are suspected of money laundering
If the wagering requirement for a bonus has not yet been met
If account verification is incomplete
If a terms and conditions violation is found

            Note: Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit. If you need to withdraw via a different method, contact lil789 and each case will be reviewed individually.
          

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

lil789 offers a 100% bonus on your first deposit — up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. For example, if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total of 40,000 Ks to play with.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must complete wagering of bonus amount × 15 times.

Example: Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 20,000 Ks → Balance 40,000 Ks → Wagering 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks
Example: Deposit 1,020,000 Ks → Bonus 500,000 Ks → Balance 1,520,000 Ks → Wagering 500,000 Ks × 15 = 7,500,000 Ks

5.3 General Bonus Terms

The detailed terms for each bonus are stated at the time that bonus is announced. Once a bonus has been received, the player cannot cancel it. Only one bonus is active at a time — bonuses cannot be stacked. Before wagering requirements from a bonus are completed, only the original deposit amount may be withdrawn, and any remaining bonus funds will be forfeited.

6. VIP Levels and Cashback

lil789's VIP program has 4 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Players can move up VIP levels based on their play history and account balance.

B Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.2%
S Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.5%
G Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%
P Platinum — weekly cashback of up to 1.0%

Cashback is calculated weekly based on your play history and credited to your account. You can continue playing with the cashback amount as your principal, and please check the wagering requirements. lil789 customer service will inform you how VIP cashback is calculated and provide the relevant latest terms.

7. Gaming Ethics and Prohibitions

Unauthorized use of the lil789 platform or misuse of the platform in any improper way is not permitted. The following actions are prohibited—

Opening accounts solely to claim bonuses (bonus abuse)
Using software (bot/AI) to predict game outcomes
Depositing funds using stolen bank cards or fraudulent payments
Opening multiple accounts under the same IP address
Suspicious deposit/withdrawal patterns suggesting money laundering through gambling channels
Coordinating with other players to play together (collusion)

Warning: If any of the above violations are found, lil789 may immediately close the account, freeze any remaining balance, and take any applicable legal action.

8. Personal Data Protection

9. Service Suspension

lil789 may temporarily suspend these services with or without prior notice to players — reasons include —

Platform maintenance or technical operations
Software updates and platform upgrades
Legal requirements arising
lil789's own business decisions

During such suspension, players will not be able to access the platform, but we will make every effort to process player withdrawals after verification. lil789 is not responsible for any losses resulting from a service suspension.

10. Responsible Gaming

Losses caused by external circumstances beyond lil789's control (force majeure)

12. Terms and Conditions Amendments

lil789 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any amendments will be announced on the platform, and players may be notified via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.
